This course is structured for 35 CPE hours of self-paced study using the course manual and supplementary materials. Once prepared and prior to the deadline, students must complete and pass a three (3) hour certification exam requiring an 85% passing score.

Students will have 90 days from purchase to complete the certification exam. Exam access will be through an online examination platform.

While no prerequisites are required, experience in operations or compliance is recommended.

The CAIMR certification exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions with a three (3) hour time limit. A passing score of 85% (85 correct answers) is required. The exam is delivered through an online examination platform.
Examination content areas include: Philosophical Foundations (20%), Classification Framework (20%), Seven Domains of Ethical AI Architecture (40%), and Operational Application (20%). Certification is valid for one year, with renewal requiring a recertification exam plus 10 CPE hours annually.
